This Privacy Policy explains how Flavotech Prod SRL ("we", "us"), a company registered in Romania (CUI 40690279, J8/912/2019), handles data in connection with its Meta app named "Claude" (the "App"). The App is an internal tool operated by us. It is not offered to the public.

The App uses the Meta Graph API. Depending on the approved permissions and features, it accesses:
This data can include names or public profile identifiers of people who commented on or messaged a Page, and the content they wrote. The App does not access personal Facebook profiles, friend lists, or private content of individuals, other than messages that people sent to Pages we manage.
We use the data to analyze and display posts and engagement on Facebook Pages, and to review and manage communication on our own Pages. We do not use it for advertising, profiling of individuals, or automated decisions that affect individuals.
We process this data based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in analyzing public Page content and managing our own Pages.
Data is stored locally on computers operated by Flavotech Prod SRL. Content may be processed by an AI service provider, Anthropic (Claude), to produce summaries or analysis. We do not use other third-party AI or analytics providers. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with any third parties other than this service provider, which processes it on our behalf.
We keep data for 30 days, then delete it. Data of a person is deleted earlier on request (see section 8).
Access tokens and data are stored with restricted access. Only authorized persons at Flavotech Prod SRL can use the App.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. To request deletion of data we hold about you, email ionut.filea@gmail.com with a link to the Facebook comment, post, or message concerned. We respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
